Lots of fresh herbs, my favorites are chives, basil, and dill. Again, these are my recommendations. Have fun and build relationships with extensions. Customize this brunch board to your own taste!

– Prepare all your vegetables, salad, and other extras the night before your brunch. This means chopping your vegetables, placing mats in bowls, and doing as much prep work as you can.
– The morning of… start baking the potatoes a few hours before the guests arrive or the night before and reheat them in the morning. Potatoes take a long time to cook, so be sure to plan for it! These things are just as warm as they are at room temperature, so it doesn’t matter if they don’t get hot.
– Burrata, cream cheese, and fresh cream are all best at room temperature. So you can place these on your serving table up to an hour before guests arrive.
