Summer is here and it’s time to enjoy some of the best summer treats, like ice cream. Do you like chocolate? My husband and daughter love chocolate. This summer treat comes together quickly using my helpful tips, so be sure to read on.

Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream

Begin by whisking the sugar, brown sugar, milk, and cocoa powder into a pan over medium heat. Always stir and cut off the bottom of the pan while it is steaming. Next, pick the fruits of the fruit until they are light in color. Now add 3 tablespoons of the hot milk mixture to the egg yolk bowl and stir well to combine and warm the egg yolks. Repeat this process as many times as you add 2/3 cup of the hot mixture to the egg yolk. Work in small portions and stir between each one. This cooking process is called drying the egg.

Next, fold the warmed berries into the chocolate mixture. Now with constant stirring, cook down until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Do not boil. This only takes a few minutes. Then remove the heat and cool it by placing it in an ice bath first and then the refrigerator. Also, you can let it cool on the counter to room temperature before putting it in the fridge. Refrigerate the ice cream mixture for several hours.

Once cool, mix in the heavy cream and vanilla. Then pour the Chocolate Ice Cream base into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Check after 25 minutes, you can change the ice cream. Make it as easy as making ice cream. Store the ice cream in the freezer like a loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper directly over the surface of the ice cream to prevent ice crystals from forming. Freeze for a few hours.

You don’t want to add an egg to a hot mixture without heating it unless you’re going for that kind of effect, like egg drop soup. But with this ice cream or Rice Pudding, we want to really incorporate the egg into the mix. In a separate bowl, beat your eggs or eggs. Now just add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water to the eggs and keep shaking. Shake, repeat, shaking gently after each addition. If the bowl is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, then you can start warming up. Once the egg mixture has started to warm, you can whisk it into the warm pot without worrying that you’ll end up breaking it.

You can make fruitless chocolate ice cream in a bowl or in a cone. If you work on a cone, I highly recommend putting it in the freezer to firm it up, then you can get spoons to put on top of the ice cream.

This is where shaking those foods comes in and why it’s so important. When you mix the ice cream, I recommend shaking it again, to make sure all the cocoa powder and sugar are dissolved in the milk. If it doesn’t melt, your ice cream will become creamy.

Chocolate Crunch Ice Cream Recipe: How To Make It

The first time it comes out of the circle, yes, it’s easy. However, if you put it in the freezer, it will harden, and then you can put the ice cream in a bowl or cone.

Of course, you should store it in the refrigerator. But for the containers, I found these great ice cream containers online and I have 2, so I can fit 1-2 ice cream containers in the freezer for the kids. It works well and is easy to clean.
