My review of Ashley Furniture has nothing to do with the product I purchased or the delivery. Both of these were good. My concern was with the staff and especially the store. My wife and I had bought almost $20,000 worth of new furniture. It seems that as soon as your product pays for friendly staff, it doesn’t become time for your staff. Trying to get information about delivery or product delivery was terrible. After numerous calls to speak with someone who went as far as to deliver on certain days or our availability for pickup…crickets don’t need to be named as I’m sure the staff at the Guelph store know exactly that. who are they. And of course who we are I love this product, but it needs to go a little further for the Ashley store to respect the fact that customers have to make arrangements for pickup or delivery.

I love Ashley’s Wood Lawn Store because of the nice and friendly staff, they are very helpful and guide the customer well.

Literally worst customer service ever. I will never buy from this company again. I ordered a couch from a particular dealer in the Guelph ON location. We paid extra to have it delivered and packed, so they check it and make sure everything is good before we leave. Honestly, we didn’t think to look at it before they left because we thought it was what we were paying for. They left and I immediately noticed a large black smudge on one piece and a dirty fingerprint on another. I immediately emailed the dealer and he basically said it wasn’t my problem. Didn’t even give me the customer service number, told me I could look it up!!!! So, you’re welcome for your commission, so he just doesn’t care about our help? Then I called, they hung up on me several times. Finally someone seemed to want to help and finally said, oh you should text customer service. I did the same. All steps went through, pictures sent. They said they will call me within 48 hours. That was over two weeks ago and we haven’t heard from anyone. I have sent several emails, texts, calls. nothing. My advice is not to buy from them.

I bought a large tv stand from them and paid more than 1200 for it. We put it together by reading the instructions carefully. I put it together only to find out the doors don’t match. There is a big gap in the top of one door and also the handles don’t match and the door doesn’t even reach the magnet to close properly. I called the sales rep I ordered online with no answer. I also emailed customer service with no response. All I wanted was a replacement door. I can’t believe the lack of customer service. I thought this business was a little higher and I would get help without any problems. I will never shop here again. I was so excited to get the booth and now I’m stuck with one that I don’t even enjoy looking at.

The staff and store manager were very helpful and helped us a lot based on what we needed for our family. Will definitely shop there again!!

I have purchased many items from this location and Monica was my sales representative on this visit and she was not only very rude but also very condescending to me. Come back another day I was very unimpressed with her entire visit.

I am very disappointed with my lazy boy chairs which I bought from your Whitby store in late 2021. I contacted your store last fall, 1 year after purchasing two electric support lazy boys from you. We paid for the extra warranty. The material is severely pilled after less than a year. It is absolutely disgusting that poor quality materials and wear. The store staff advised that this item was not covered by this warranty. I loved our chairs at first. I bragged about them and my girlfriend actually ordered the same. I will never recommend your store and I am happy to share with you my terrible experience with my purchase.

I went to the Whitby store looking for living room furniture, the staff were friendly and helpful. Hmmm, after reading the bad reviews about this company, I might cancel my order before it arrives.

I’m excited to get half of it a month ago for my daughter and pay the rest today 🙂

Ashley Homestore Plans Ok’d By Clark County Planning Commission

They handed me the product that I had already canceled very early and said that it is now mine and they cannot take it back. I had transacted with arnold lopez at the london location and never received an updated receipt of my order changes, also being charged a protection fee for my canceled items which is ridiculous.

My husband and I bought dining chairs and a dresser from Ashley in London. We haven’t received the trunk yet.
