Esperanza was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and really guided me through this process. I went to other stores before landing here, and found the selection and the way it was presented to be helpful (some stores are like a warehouse). Esperanza takes the stress out of designing/selecting tiles/grouts. The shipping cost is reasonable (some stores are bad – ask about this before shopping for tiles… some places are bad!)
