Leather Wayfarer Women’s Tote Bag
There is no need to treat your skin with anything. It comes pretreated during the Eco tanning process from our distributors. The only thing we recommend putting on your item is a small amount of natural Beeswax leather conditioner to remove scratches. A little goes a long way.
That’s why we use 100% second source cowhide that is eco tanned here in the US and Italy 🙂 we have some full grain, some top-grain, and some have removed thinner skins … it really depends on the colors.
All skin has normal pain marks like scratches, freckles, moles stretch marks, etc. All of these marks represent the animal’s life, and part of the eco-tanning process does not add a synthetic coat to the animal’s natural leather marks. Pain is in everything, like our body.
Although we know this is not the look for everyone, if you want a less sad bag please let us know in advance so we can offer possible leather colors to better meet your needs. need!
Vintage Stone Washed Crossbody #201 — Coronado Leather
We use 20 oz waxed canvas, which comes from our US distributor. The canvas is waxed with a proprietary blend of natural waxes including beeswax. With this comes a naturally distressed look to the bag, creating a marbled two-tone look (with lighter markings) throughout the bag. It is natural and will last the life of the bag.
I LOVE this purse!! Very well made, light but strong. It’s a small crossbody but I fit a lot of favorite lipsticks/chapsticks & gum in the inside pocket. Fits my checkbook size wallet, small cosmetic bag, keys, phone and easily fits a book or tablet. I’m 5’3″ with heels lol but the crossbody strap fits me perfect and has a lot of room to adjust. Most of all I love that this company gives back! I highly recommend!
Wow! I enjoyed this one! The leather is real and SO supple and soft (& smells amazing too-like walking into a tack store) The zipper is heavy duty and sewn from scratch (unfinished zipper tail is my biggest pet peeve that peeve!) The handles are perfectly placed and The shop owner is willing to add cross body strap D-rings for a small fee (so I can use a strap I already have / loved). Inside there is 1 slot pocket that fits my phone. The bag is big enough to hold my wallet (8”x5”x1”), phone, hard sunglass case, keys and some folded papers/mail. But, it’s small enough to fit in my work bag, so I can carry all the stuff but still have my lunch purse. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for and I’m so glad I went with InBlue. I will give them more in the future
Love this bag! I waited a while to leave my review, because I wanted time to actually use this wallet to see how it works for me, and I absolutely love it! It’s a great size, because when I have a lot of bags, I tend to accumulate a lot of things that I don’t really need. This one is big enough that I have everything I need, but not so much that it turns into a black hole. I got a bag liner to keep things organized (search for “wallet insert”) and it’s all good for me. I got a ton of compliments on it too 😊 The leather is a beautiful color and texture.
