Interior Design Singapore Condo – Because living in a big city like Singapore, opportunities are often limited, so you want to make the most of what you have. Your bedroom is one of the most important rooms in your home. The living room is the meeting place to unwind at the end of a long day or enjoy a cup of delicious coffee before rushing to work. It’s also the first thing most people will notice when they enter your home, so it helps to have a design that matches your style.
Be it HDB flats or private condominiums, Guide Guide, our interior design firm in Singapore, has extensive experience in designing beautiful and appealing residential buildings. Your living room should make people want to stay in your home, so you want it to be comfortable and inviting. Here are a few things you need to keep in mind when designing your home’s living room:

If you’re going for a design style like the Mediterranean, then you’ll want to stick to that color palette when designing your home. If you’re looking for your own unique style, then you’ll want to choose a color that reflects that style. Once you have a palette, you can start painting and adding furniture that complements the palette. This keeps your room from looking cluttered and is a great way to focus.

When we designed the pool house, we chose a new pastel hue to make the small apartment seem larger. Bright white walls reflect light from every surface, bringing depth to the room. The soft gray of the sofa and the perfect drapes make the place warm and inviting. By choosing the right color palette, we can maximize the space in a small room.
Life is all about symmetry, so it makes sense that a room needs a symmetrical pattern for the design to work. The best way to create this calming process is to make your room a place of meditation. This gives your guests a place to drop their eyes as they enter the room. If you want a stunning and spacious entertainment facility with state-of-the-art speakers, this is a great creative centerpiece to add to other rooms. If your room doesn’t have something like this, you can use a painting or a large piece of furniture to create your own centerpiece.
When we created a neutral love nest for some newlyweds on Bendemeer Road, we created an eye-catching wall. By using a neutral color palette, we brightened the room with a bright white that complements the marble design on the walls. We also chose gray furniture that matched our color palette, making sure the furniture didn’t draw attention to the walls of the room.
Choosing the right furniture is arguably the most important decision you will make when designing your home. Start by looking at all the furniture you already own and decide if you want to keep them. If it’s grandma’s antique coffee table, you might think it’s so valuable that you want to include it in the design. However, if it doesn’t fit and doesn’t make sense, you’ll want to leave it and bring furniture that fits the arrangement you’ve chosen.

Comfort is also a very important part of any room. After all, it should be a room where you relax and enjoy. Giving up comfortable furniture for something more convenient is not something you should be sacrificing. You’ll want to choose furniture that is comfortable and matches your color palette and style.
For our current project of building a warm house in Bishan Street, we have chosen some good furniture for the room to make the place look spacious. By using an open floor plan and bypassing the use of otherwise unnecessary furniture, we designed the living spaces to maximize space and comfort.

How To Let The Sun Into Your Home Without Renovating Is your home drab and boring? If so, you may be missing out on optimal levels of natural light. Many believe that providing daylight is impossible without major renovations. After being impressed with the 3D digital panoramic model of their dream home created using the 360° Home Tour package, the client hired Home Guide for a complete renovation. Asked for a renovation to make the interior more efficient and comfortable. Creativity has to be used in these tasks – especially the dry/wet kitchen problem. The idea is to achieve luxury and comfort by adjusting the colors and materials throughout.
The guiding principles of the brand combine luxury and style with great flexibility. As the existing space was larger than most, the team managed to adapt the interior according to the client’s needs. The arrangement of the interior space is done by placing potted plants around the interior space.

The spaces of the house reflect an open floor plan without breaking the boundaries between spaces. Everyone in the space is psychologically separated and marked as two different places by a cleverly designed false ceiling. Lighting is a great way to subtly limit a space. Besides that, floor-to-ceiling mirrors create an illusion of height in their frames, making the interior appear more spacious.
The room features a full length media wall and has been designed with all the essentials – high end remote control, bright lighting, display and storage.
The brown and brown color scheme adds an attractive pop of color to the surroundings without being too bright. The colors make the room look incredible, and the matching floors add a timeless aesthetic.
