Easy Desserts That You Can Make At Home
No-bake recipes are easy and great any time of the year. While they’re a year-round treat, these peanut butter bars are especially great in the summer when you don’t want to fire up your oven. And since they’re so quick to make, they’re perfect for unexpected company or a last-minute teen request.
Best Romantic Dessert Recipes
CHOCOLATE – I prefer to use baking chocolate for these bars because I find it easier to melt, but you can also use chocolate chips. Semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, or milk chocolate are all great options.
Peanut Butter – I used creamy peanut butter for this recipe. I tried this recipe with natural peanut butter. In natural peanut butter, the oil separates from the butter itself, so I don’t know if the bars will harden completely. Some of my readers have suggested adding extra cracker/graham cracker crumbs to make it firmer if you choose this route.

If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a hand mixer or even a blender. We like the processor because it gives a smooth blend.
Panna Cotta Recipe
This recipe uses semi-sweet chocolate for the topping. If you want to make it a little sweeter and closer to the flavor of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, just change the milk chocolate to semi-sweet. I prefer to use baking chocolate, but you can definitely use chocolate chips instead.
Yes, absolutely. I recommend freezing the bars first, removing them from the freezer when they are mostly frozen, and then transferring them to a large ziptop bag or airtight container. Freeze for up to 3 months.

No-Churn Ice Cream is soft and creamy homemade vanilla ice cream that is made in minutes with no ice cream maker needed! This recipe is really good. Most testers didn’t know it wasn’t a real ice cream (ice cream machine)!
A refreshing and creamy banana pudding poured into a vanilla bean pie crust, topped with more bananas and homemade whipped cream. Seriously decadent and rich and delicious, this is a must!

There are four simple ingredients to make Oreo Fluff. I made mine in a stand mixer, but you can certainly use a hand mixer. Heck, you can even try whipping it up by hand if you need a mini-workout before tucking into this tasty treat!
This pie has two main components: the rich caramel filling and that decadent crust. It is the taste of national oil
Lemon mousse is usually made from scratch with eggs and heavy cream with fresh lemon juice. It is delicate and creamy and usually has a tart flavor component along with the sweetness. This recipe is still delicate and sweet, but only takes 5 minutes! You still get the smooth and creamy deliciousness of melted lemon mousse, just spend a fraction of the time in your kitchen!
So what exactly is this “cookie salad”? This is more of a cookie recipe with a little cookie sprinkled throughout. A note in MIL’s church cookbook says, “Can be served as a salad or dessert.” I definitely want to go to a party that counts as a side salad! 😂One great reason to make this dessert… it’s NO-BAKE! Perfect for hot summer nights.
Easy Chocolate Mousse In 5 Minutes Or Less
This recipe is a little different in that I tried a “viral” recipe and ended up loving it. This is the SOFTtest Rice Krispy bar you’ll ever try – and it stays soft for days! I love to make ahead of time desserts that I can’t bake.
If you want the ultimate sweet snack but don’t want to turn on the oven, this is the cookie for you. They basically taste like a special-k bar with a few minor changes. They are a very easy cookie to make and I added marshmallows instead of chocolate. I also used Chex cereal instead of Special-K cereal because the kids had a friend who is gluten free and Rice Chex is naturally gluten free. How amazing is that?
This lemon pie is very easy. How easy? Only 8 ingredients, it comes together in less than 5 minutes!
Let’s talk for a minute about how I got the lemon flavor in this ice cream pie. Traditional lemon pie uses corn, eggs, granulated sugar and requires baking. I tried the same flavor using a combination of REAL lemon juice and lemon extract, along with confectioners sugar and a cream cheese base… and no baking required. The results were promising!
Easy Cinnamon Dessert Pizza
This recipe is perfect for when you crave the silky smooth enjoyment of Cheesecake but don’t want to fire up your oven! Creamy and delicious velvety cheesecake filling with perfect Oreo Cookie Crust.
This orange creamsicle mousse is super easy and with only 7 ingredients it comes together in less than 5 minutes. Let’s talk for a minute about how we achieve that traditional “creamsicle” flavor. A creamsicle bar that you can find at the grocery store typically has a base of vanilla ice cream and is topped with flavored orange ice. Since we are creating a creamy mousse, we wanted the same flavor combination, but in a light and creamy version. I tried to get the same flavor using a combination of REAL juice and orange extract, along with powdered sugar and a cream cheese base. The results were promising!
