I make our ice cream using my cusinart ice cream maker. I mix all the ingredients together and pour into the ice cream maker. Soft ice cream will be made in 20 minutes. I usually place this freshly made ice cream in the freezer for 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

This dessert only needs 3 ingredients to make and if you’ve made any of my other healthy desserts, you probably have them all in your kitchen. Here are the ingredients you will need:

Then, transfer to a bread tin or freezer container. If you can, put the loaf pan in the freezer first to cool before adding the mixture to it.
