The only suggestion is that the property would benefit from cleaning the doors, cupboards and cupboards. The bottom of the front door was very dirty and so were the fronts of the kitchen cabinets. But the service was excellent. We had a problem with the dishwasher and they sent a maid out the next day! We loved having an ice maker in the kitchen! This condo is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated! I especially liked that the beach here was not as crowded as some of the condos. Plus, there’s a designated area on the beach to leave your beach chairs, so you don’t have to carry them up the stairs every day. It is the front of the arm, but the property extends to the side of the voice. Short walk to the beach and close to the pool. The condo itself is well appointed with three bedrooms (k, q, q) downstairs (the king has its own bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bath). Bedroom, full bath and upstairs. Sleeps 2 full beds and 2 twins for family or all children upstairs. Remember the spiral staircase! If you have small children, you will need a child seat. Most VRBOs I have salt, pepper, etc. have; it’s not, so bring everything, including your own coffee filters. Coffee filters, in particular, would be a good thing to add to the property, as all manufacturers are different. Also, we felt that a deep clean was in order, especially upstairs, where I dusted off the heating plates and needed to clean under the tube beds. Needless to say, there were several allergies in our group. That being said, this is one of the best features I’ve seen in the price, and it can easily be fixed. Remember, you will be climbing to the third floor for loading/unloading. They offer open, uncluttered storage for beach essentials as they come off the board. Finally, parking was an issue as we found the contract only allocated two cars for the 10 sleeping unit, the nearest parking they could offer for a third car was paid parking several miles away. You may want to consider this when making your reservation. As a property, I would expect a four-bedroom unit to allocate at least 3 spaces or offer guest parking. Something to think about. Again, for the price, this unit was very nice, offering all the amenities of a large condo, but maintaining a duplex-like atmosphere. – Anonymous U posted: Great condo! Great condo!
