Going forward, customers will be able to cash out their tips just two hours after their order is delivered — down from the current 24-hour window — so they can access their earnings immediately.
Additionally, customers who rate their buyer 5 stars are asked to consider increasing their discount after checkout to recognize the buyer’s excellent service. Since this feature has been available over the past few months, customers have seen an average increase of 6% in their referral revenue. Customers who choose not to leave a tip at checkout are encouraged to add one to acknowledge the buyer’s hard work. In testing, this feature resulted in an average 12% reduction in customers choosing not to leave a tip.
